{"id":1842,"date":"2020-02-20T19:21:27","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T19:21:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leopardshark.com\/ghana\/?p=1842"},"modified":"2024-09-24T00:22:34","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T00:22:34","slug":"2g-or-not-2g","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leopardshark.com\/ghana-trips\/2020\/02\/20\/2g-or-not-2g\/","title":{"rendered":"2G or Not 2G?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In a month, I&#8217;m running a workshop on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.orau.gov\/5GScience\/\">5G in Chicago for the DOE<\/a>.  Here in Ghana, there are times the real question is do we have 2G?  However 2G is so slow, it is nearly impossible to do anything except WhatsApp &#8212; it is why it has taken over the world as the messaging of first resort wherever you live.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyway&#8230; sorry for the delay.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We wrapped up our training and meetings in Gushiegu and headed back toward Tamale.
